Just got off the phone with Virgin Media for someone to tell me it might not go live until the end of the month. Anyone else on here using Virgin Media and know anything about it?

This is a massive game for Ronny Deila. Not that he's going to get the sack if we lose or anything but if we do lose then any doubts that people are having about him are only going to intensify.

If the players really are still behind him then it's up to them to get out there on Wednesday and deliver a good performance.

Agree with what you're saying Marky but it's worrying how impatient a section of our support is. Over the last few days on different forums I've seen fans calling him a dud, saying they hate him already and comparing him to Mowbray. I know football fans in general are usually quite short sighted nowadays but ours is getting worse all the time.

If he loses I don't think anyone will be behind him.

Looking forward to this game. Still annoyed that we didn't play on Saturday but will be good to see our SPFL Season get underway. My prediciton is 3-1 with Commons, Virgil and Stokes scoring.

A very, very small amount of people. Especially after the last two games.

Not saying it's right, it's just true.

That would depend on the manner in which we lost IF we do lose. If we lose because he is not prepared to adjust his tactics/style of play to accommodate the players we have, then he will struggle to be backed.

Aye, if we lose and he has shown the same inability to grasp the basics of football like he has the past two games he's *.

Surely he can't be that committed to his philosophy that he would be that stubborn.

Will be interesting to see if he sticks to his tactics rigidly.. Is all very well
Playing 4-3-3 if you have a central striker with height, pace, ability to hold the ball up... Er sounds like Sammy..

Anyway I would go presuming it is 4-3-3

    Izzy
    Virgil
    Efe
    Lustig

    Johansen
    Kayal
    Mathews

Far too early for the new bhoys to be thrown in, especially Denayer. He will have had very little time to have formed any sort of partnership with VVD or any of the other CBs, so would be very very risky... If we did end up losing because of it, it would knock the young bhoys confidence and could destroy the team and fans morale leading up to the Maribor game- that is the last thing we need!
