when there attacking our box we need quick turnove and get the ball in behind them and our players have to go direct at goal none of this turning back pish

 

I hate to say it but every game we're convinced that there's a saviour sitting on the bench..........then they come on and more often than not do the sum total of nothing to improve the situation. Everyone clamoured for Broony to be left on the bench and to mix things up a bit and it hasn't worked. Somethings wrong with the tactics as we're coming up against a brick wall every time. The ref is rubbish but he's not to blame for us not scoring in that half. We don't seem to be capable of breaking teams down and I don't care who's on the park. We're pedestrian. We lack commitment, fight and creativity. I know all that sounds harsh but it's there for everyone to see.

 

We probably will when we have two fit first-team strikers.

Lack of urgency in almost every game since we started back

Not looking forward to the undead game on 17th. Somehow i don't think we are just going to roar into first gear and play at our full potential.
It's strange because we have quality players middle and front with Frimpong doing more than his share ..

Lack of fans may play a small part but many other teams don't seem to find it that hard to play with no fans in the ground. Lenny needs to stop the pish talk about how well we are playing. Get tore into them and tell them they are wearing the Hoops shirts and should be giving their all every game

 

Horrible again. Side-to-side and backwards passing is all we seem to get, virtually no invention or spark. Where is the urgency or desire to get the game won? The tempo is walking-pace. Any team can have an off-day but these sort of displays are becoming the norm and worst of all NL seems incapable of doing anything about it.

 

Ajeti is the biggest miss for me. He knows how to play the lone striker role far better than Edouard.

 

Ntcham is so overrated. Get Rogic on for him.

 

What do we do in training? Every game we struggle to break the opposition team down no matter who is in the starting line up.

We need better coaching. Our team has enough talent to be battering these sides, yet they look like strangers.

We do lack pace in our side now..

Duffy. Taylor on the left. Turnbull isn't quick. Mo lacks pace. Eddy maybe carrying a knock so looks a bit slower at the minute..

Pace kills in our league and why Frimpong can rip it up but we need more..

It's quite noticeable that we lack pace in our first team just now and even more so when we're playing at a walking pace..

Another * poor first half. We may have changed a couple of players but the tactics and setup are the same. They have set their goal from the start, sit deep, counter and try and hold on the the point they already have. But we are making it far too easy for them. They are pushing up on us but we are allowing them to, our build up lay is so slow it allows them to get setup in their training ground formation, On the few occasions we have played forward with a bit of pace and one touch we have got right up, only poor passing stopping us creating something. We are so unbalanced as well, Taylor gives nothing as a wing back, they are quite happy to go one on one with him on the other hand when Frimpong has it they put 2 on, extra man continually comes across. Long diagonal balls to Ely or Eddy dont work when they play so physical, they have one just about every one.

 

Edouard is excellent at playing the loan striker, he's been very poor last few weeks.

 

43 mins before their keeper made a save,we are fecking about with 2,3,4 side passes then passing it forward and most of the time it comes back.
Crossing when it happens has been as bad as everything else.
I would rather we played another striker that was only 50% match fit than this rubbish.
No doubt paddy will be brought on for the last 5 mins.
What makes it even worse is St Johnstone have tried to come at us when they can.
Everything is just so laboured this season,it's a worry.
