    We should be fine without the need for changes Liverpool have Besiktas, Southampton away, Besiktas away then Man City at home during that period
    Ronny made the mistake at ICT of too many changes and it bit him in the * in the CL game go full strength get it won then take the guys off after an hour

    I know Guidetti worked hard on Wednesday night and was unlucky not to score but Griffiths also works hard and is scoring regularly over the last few games he played, so I think he deserves his chance, whether we get the best of both of them by playing the two , I am not sure. I also think Stokes instead of Armstrong.

    Matthews is more important to us at the moment than all of those players because, as I said, the level we would drop should we lose him is far greater than the level we would drop if we lost any of the other players you mentioned. Emilio can be replaced by Matthews, VVD and Denayer by Ambrose, the midfield by any number of other options.

    Fisher isn't ready to be thrown into a European game against Inter. Nowhere near it in fact. Added to that if anything does happen to Emilio, Matthews is the only viable fit option.

    Had a pint in there after doing the Tennent's Tour, worst pint I have ever had. Won't be going back.

    If Izaguirre was to get replaced by Matthews, then Fisher would need to go in at right back anyway. So surely Izaguirre is every bit as important as Matthews? Who have we got that could replace Scott Brown? I would say the gap between Fisher & Matthews is closer than the gap between Van Dijk & Ambrose if I'm honest. I just think if we are resting players based on their importance for Inter, then we could be looking at resting a lot more than Matthews.
