This game won't define our season, next Wednesday will.

This game meant nothing, it was our reserves and Deila wasn't even there, because obviously he knows where our priorities are.

What's wrong with giving the youths a run out anyway considering most probably won't be getting any game time once the season really starts? Even though they got hammered I bet they enjoyed playing against players like Adebayour and Eriksen, I'm sure they learned something from playing against top players and that can only help.

In fairness our keeper has only conceded 6 goals in over two years. Not too shabby.

Is this an indication that we won't be seeing Ambrose or Pukki near the starting line up for Legia?

Pretty sure Ambrose won't be playing after getting sent off in the first leg mate.

Suprised Pukki played but as it's been said there's no point in youth players playing Spurs - they should be playing teams like QOS or Dundee or something.

I'm not too fussed with the result - but it is embarrassing to look at

I honestly think it'll have been in the contract that Pukki had to play at least 45 minutes and fully expect to see him in the squad for Wednesday. Ambrose is suspended.

    I'm not picky.
On paper it's an embarrassing defeat BUT when people actually look at the teams that played instead of just the scoreline then they will see that it was a similar type of team that played against St Pauli....full of youngsters (apart from Gordon, Pukki, Ambrose, and Baldé). Spurs were full of 1st team regulars and while they scored 6 we actually didn't play all that bad considering our starting lineup.

Some of the passing was a bit iffy, though, and there are definitely some youngsters that won't make it at Celtic, but two positives were Henderson and McGeouch who were the best players on the park for us I'd say. Spurs penalty decision was a joke as well, and Ambrose was really unlucky for that cos he done nothing there. Even though we lost it will still be good experience for the likes of Lindsay, McMullan, Henderson etc though.

Unfortunately Pukki and Baldé done next to * all all match as well, with the latter continually running into Spurs players and when he did actually try and run into space, he done his usual and lost the ball. I was actually hoping he'd get more time with us but the more I see him play the more I think it's best we cut our losses with him.

Anyway, onto Legia for Wednesday now and hopefully we can get through that one and into the Play-Off round.

Im not that bothered with the result so much more that we are setting up so many pointless frendlies, at least if it had of been at White Hart Lane it would have been a great day out.

In previous seasons we have cancelled league fixtures to play similar games....absurd!!!

The zombies were playing at Derby today when they were supposed to be playing the League Cup

Lets get back to treating frendlies for what they are!

Sky sports and bbc news saying it wasn't a full strength side, that's it you make it sound more than it was..
Bar 3 it was a under 20/development side and younger..

It was either an OG or Jamie Lindsey getting on the end of a cross stood up to the back post by Dylan McGeouch. Not sure who got the final touch.
Rough day out as Tottenham playing with their first team players really out classed our youngesters. The only young Celtic players who did well for me were Liam Henderson and Dylan McGeouch.

Markybhoy I would agree with you but I was at the "decider" last season when an even more youthful and inexperienced bhoys team beat an almost full strength Liverpool team who I think finished 2nd last season in the EPL .

Talking bullshit with hindsight . How are Spurs better than Liverpool .
We had a younger less experience team against them last year and won 1-0 .
