    I thought Watt, McGeogh & Atajic looked the business. a Bit short of match fitness, but I'm looking forward to seeing them bouncing between the first & youth teams this season.

    Didn't really make much of Balde or Biton if I'm honest. Biton took a knock right enough, so that could have played a part.

    It's sad the youngsters on here seem to have more interest in a half wit that ran round the field displaying thee little he had , than the 90 minutes before when the Celtic youngsters put up a good fight against St Pauli first team .
    Remarkable those mature enough to concentrate on the football mainly were very negative .

    I had plenty to say about the football too if you check my posting history. Lighten up, dude. It's possible to make serious points about the football and marvel at the fact that German television shows close up, slow-mo replays of streakers!

    Watt was promising, McGeogh was very average and Atajic was poor imo. Quite a few times now that I've seen him and i`ve not been overly impressed. I agree that Balde looks like a lost bhoy for the most part. Biton is always tidy but I find him to be a liability as a defensive midfielder, not enough dig and lazy with his tracking back. Mulgrew is definitely the man to fulfill that role in the short term.

    As I said though, it's worth remembering that this was basically a youth team with an experienced goalkeeper playing against what looked like quite a mature St Pauli side.

    The youngsters I mentioned would perhaps play differently if they were lining up alongside experienced heads rather than fellow youngsters.
