I'm not 100% sure, but so far I remember we will be drawing into a qualification match to earn our way into the group stage of Europa League.

If we win against S.C. Braga and losing out in the 4th qualification round to the Champions League, like we did last year, we will go directly into the group stage of the Europa League.

I think we need to take the right mental approach to this tie - not too in awe but not too complacent either.

Braga did finish 2nd in the Portuguese league last season so that tells us they are a good team and that we shouldn't treat them lightly. However, Braga are quite a small club with no Champions League pedigree so this will be a huge occasion for them as a club. Huge occasions bring nerves and the Braga players will be nervous ahead of this tie, we must try and exploit that. Basically we just need to try and play to our own strengths and do the best we can, if we play to our best I believe we can go through.

Who do Braga fans dislike most of the "big three" (Sporting, FC Porto, S.L. Benfica)?

Celtic fans don't like Porto at all.

Personally I have sympathy for Benfica though.

Personally I don't have sympathy for none of these:38:, I support only Braga
The fanatics fans don't like Benfica, last season they were Champions in last journey, and they play well in backoffices, so Vandinho, and Mossoró get punish
    normaly we get champions.....

We don't like also Guimares :38:

but we like the most ....support Braga, and live football

The real Braga supporters hate benfica porto and sporting, and they don`t have any sympathy for no other club besides Braga. These clubs represent everything that is evil in football, they are rotten apples that should be cast away. However, we have to live and deal with them every league, and fight against their corrupt system.

Well, concerning our best player, like my friend Fidelis said, we play as a whole, so it is rather difficult for me naming one. Thus, I do like Moisés (Moses, in English), he does saves us a lot and sometimes he scores too!!!

I have to say i hate all the big three specially benfica (hate writting this * name).
As for our main players : Moisés (centre back), Vandinho (defensive midfielder, our symbol) and Alan (right winger, this guy is a lightining :p). Unfortunately for us and fortunately for you Mossoró won´t be playing against celtic cause he had a serious injury at the end of last season and would be a great player for this type of duel cause he is very fast and technical with the ball in his feet.

hope i cleared some doubts and by the way our coach is Domingos Paciencia since the start of last season and not Fernando Couto xD

    Good call Pedro,

Just like you get lots of Huns infiltrating your forum every now and then we have a lot of scumbag Benfica, Porto and Sporting fans coming here just to wind you all up.

Braga is great town and as a foreigner theyve treated me as one of their own. Getting Celtic is not just about the toughest draw we could have got but one that brings a lot of prestige. Braga first ever Champions League game against one of the biggest teams(If not the biggest) team in the round is not just amazing but will make the athmosphere even better. There is absolutely no crap before the games here and a lot of fans will go to the centre of the city(Avenida Central) to mix amongst the Celtic fans and to enjoy the athmosphere. Im taking the day off work to drink a load of beer and enjoy the banter. Nobody is arrogant or over confident about the huge task we have ahead. WE know we have a decent team and we also know that Celtic are a little vunerable at the moment but there is no way in the world that people are taking this game lightly as a walk in the park. It will be the biggest game in our clubs history by a long country mile. Away to AC Milan or home to Bayern Munich doesnt even come close to compare how big this game is to us.

Above all enjoy the town and have a good time

    Karl

See if braga are building this game up so much id be a bit worried we wont be able to match that.
Im not feeling confident with our strikeforce and the fact that our strongest 11 ( whatever that is ) hasnt played together yet, were slow starters as it is but weve had very little time to gel.

I worry about us in this tie, I really do. We still haven't got it right at CB and our strikeforce looks as weak as I can ever remember it.

Was a massive error letting Skippy go for me.

Agree, say what you want about skippy but he was always good for a goal no matter how big the occasion.
Get stokes in, he's exactly what we need imo.
