Got to say I agree, what ive seen a a fit Rogne i think he looks the part and will develop into a class player for us (granted Sol could help with progression) but Ramis Would be a better investment for us and i think would be a better signing!

 

Why does most people refer to Ramis? Has anyone seen him play on a few occassions? just wondering because I watch alot on spanish football and cant remember him. Least we all know Campbell IS a good player. Besides, we dont have to look years into the future at the moment....main objective is to get the title back home

 

ramis is 25 i think and a very good defender especialy in the air!i only noticed him when he played real and won man of the match that night. very good man marker too may i add.and i think we could get him for 2m as his club at present are in a rut financialy.

 

we need 2 centre backs, why not both?

 

First of all mate, you never even mentioned ramis in your previous thread, I have said all along we should buy ramis with the cash we get from mcmanus.

Campbell is not the type of player who will just back and take the cash, if we get him he will fight for the team of that I am sure. Just having a guy like that in your tunnel before a game gives you a phsycological advantage straight away.

I rate rogne very highly as he is a promising young defender, but you can't Depend on him yet, so getting an acomplished world class player on a Free who has played at the highest level all his career will only improve the side, I would go as far as to say, I would be pretty gutted if we don't get him now, unless we bring in another experienced world class cb which will cost us big money.

 

I saw him a few times including the real match, yes he is good in the air, composed, and like defenders in la liga plays the easy pass and clears his lines when required.

2m would be a steal IMO, however the guy does not speak English, this is why I would ALSO like us to get Campbell on board, to captian the side. I don't think anyone in our side deserves to, or has the qualities to captain the side.

 

Campbell must be the main priority! they guy is class when arsenal signed him back again in january a was like * they signing him back for but he played amazing for them to the rest of the season and he will have a big personality some1 who knows the game since hes been there and done it for arsenal. But when we get big sol in the squad go for ramis although a dont think hes on the same level as sol atm 2 me just now hes overated because la liga is a slow tempo game of football spl its 100 mph an hour!

 

see tbh here?if we miss out on campbell?(which i do think we will?) then to me that wont be a bad thing! i would rather we got a younger player than him who will cost us less on wages with a similer type pedigree to him? yes i know who you ask lol! i think ramis is a better option tbh.

 

Cheers mate, just wanted to know if anyone had really saw him play. It reminds me of the "Tamas" talk....hes world class, amazing footballer, super star, will go for millions ect. then he joined west brom and didnt look like the superstar we lead to believe he was. One player we did miss out on at the same time as Tamas is Mensah who plys for sunderland, he looks outstanding in the world cup.....except at hitting pens lol

Id still love to see Campbell here for two or three season. I know he would be great up here and another thing that would be good is that he will the world (and england) how great Celtic are

 

If Ramis is that good and available for £2m we ain't getting him. Don't be so naive.

Honestly hate shity rumors like this,why the * would Sol,bellers and fletch be friends?
id see the piont if they played for the same team at any stage in the careers...........or even at national football.......but they havent......all bullshit

 

Bit sceptical about the rumour tbh..but why would it be strange if they were all friendly with each other? For a start Fletch and Bellamy both play in Manchester(i imagine they live close to Manchester?) so surely it would be concievable that they might bumpo into each other from time to time?
