Mate, he bought that house ages ago, he will sign for us or stay at arsenal I recon. If Lennon can't get him to sign for Celtic no-one can.

I still anticipate him signing for us unless arsenal have a change of heart and offer a 2 year deal or bump his wages us for his 1 year deal.

 

thats a bit harsh. All he is doing is trying to get the best deal for himself and securing a future after his playing days are over, like most footballers do. You cant blame him from walking away from Notts county as that was a complete farce and was told lies by the club.

As for embarrasing our club how the * is he doing that???? We ahve started talks with him what more do yis want, you all think he should jump at the chance to play for us, we are not the club of years gone by anymore and as soon as some of you realise this the better!!!!!!

 

its a good thing Campbell doesn't look at some of the comments being made on this forum or else his mind would be made. The amount of homophobic comments has disgusted me - disgraceful. Calling him a * even thouh he could become one of our players. Even if he was gay - why would that make the slightest difference to how he performs on the pitch? Some really snide, embarassing and downright crude comments on here because a guy has decided to take his time over moving to us. Greatest fans in the world, eh? Appalling comments to make. I thought Celtic was a club open to all

And with regards to age, let's not forget, he is extremely fit and covers his lack of place through positioning. Let's face it, he would have a field day against the forwards in the SPL!

Campbells pace should be fine, this article is a year old and is based on 2 years worth of data but you don't suddenly become slow overnight.
