I was watching it earlier when you heard a kerfuffle and suddenly a leg then a hand appeared clutching the table, security soon removed them but not before one spread some sort of powder, poor attempt at an easy target and they still * it up

    Oil.
Superb way to gain publicity and just like those protesting the grand national they have done a good job in raising awareness and getting people to talk about these issues.

I would say the majority of folk are just talking about how stupid these dickheads are rather than the issue they are protesting about.

Got to agree with this reply here, am all for the cause but the tactics are a * embarrassment. Ruining a game of snooker is absolutely moronic, as is gluing yourself to a motorway and throwing a tin of soup all over a (albeit protected) piece of historic artwork.

These * imbeciles are harming their own cause and turning otherwise sympathetic people against them. Rockets.

In both protests the protestors have gained all the coverage they wanted, so from that aspect it was successful mate.

Surely the aim is to get people on board with what you're trying to achieve though? Takes a lot for me to criticise folk wanting to usher in a sustainable future for the planet mate believe me, so when am in here calling them * idiotic it's a sure sign that they are going about it the wrong way imo.

A game of snooker TT, Mon to * man :31:

So what events should they target to raise awareness ? IMO they have raised the issue and not disrupted many folk in a serious way like blocking roads has done for example. So job done ✔️
