John's new cue is a * stormer, was just speaking to ma big mate from exquisite cues who spent ages engraving a grain into a cue he had cos he knew john would love the way it hit the ball, and he's been flying ever since. That's twice now in the last 5 year big raymo has pulled it out the bag for John wae his cue making skills

 

Would have won this tourney using a mop handle so tell big raymo coincidences happen

 

Too late man he's already claiming the title of the second coming lol

 

Was watching when they talked about how they noticed how he was queing and it didn't look right and he got wind of it and worked on changing his queing and it seems to have worked wonders for him. Just wee things like those making such a difference is amazing.

Stephen Hendry v Jimmy white in 1st round qualifier for the world championship I wonder if this will be on TV and the many past battles these two have had .
I bet Jimmy must have said when he heard the draw oh no not him again .

 

Last night Stephen Hendry beat Jimmy white 6-3 to go into the 2nd round qualifier for the world championship in Sheffield .

 

Higgins not playin well at all.

 

He's probably still down after the result against the zombies as he always looks out for Celtic result .

 

Neil Robertson the winner this year if he keeps playing to the form over the last 6 months .

 

Jimmy was terrible wasn't he? He was even shuffling round the table like an old man. How depressing it must be for him to still lose to hendry after all the time off hendry had without playing. It makes a bit of a mockery the decision to give him a 2 year tour card.
I know people criticised the poor standard of the match but the few frames I saw, I thought Hendry was better than I thought he was going to be. Obviously no consistency throughout but some decent shots, long pots, things to build on.

 

Hendry did say he had no expectations this year and next year is the target after he gets a year under his belt practicing .
