Depends on the weather, as 99% of the time you’re outside.

 

Been back on the vape since Monday. Been fine all week but tonight has been a bit harder. Not sure if it’s the vape pen as it is a cheap one, just feels like there no real kick off it anymore.

Anyone else find that? Are they pretty useless and you really need to get the big chunky * and pay about £50 for one? See most with these big ones now.

 

You need to get rid of the pen stick people don’t use them now.


Go into to yer local shop and they will help you with the kit you need.

 

Yeah I didn’t think they did haven seen one for ages. Aye I’ll need to go in a get the real thing. Feels like I’m vaping fresh air now, cheap *.

 

What mg of nicotine juice are you using?

 

I stopped this time last year.

I’m buying coils and juice at the end of every month.

I started with a pen stick now I have 3 different kits.

You spend what 8 bucks every 2 days on cigs now madness

 

I came off * in January and went to a pen vape, Innokin T18E with 18mg juice, now dropped to 15mg and I'm fine with it.

In a couple of months I'll drop to 12mg and so forth......

 

I use mine as i would when having a cig, go out the back etc....

Even although my missus (who hates smoking) didn't mind if I used it in the house. That way I'm not using it much. I'll go through a coil and about 1.5 x 10mg bottle a week.

 

Boy I know runs Vaper Lounge.


So I get 10 liquids and 10 coils for next to nothing haha.

I stopped 4 years past January, in fact it might have been 5yrs, and I still use a vape pen. Tbh I don't plan on stopping as I enjoy the flavours. I haven't reduced the strength really now on between 11 and 16 (red cola and rhubarb & custard are superb flavours) The pen kit I use is from B&M or it might be Home bargains. I did originally get kitted out with one of those big stupid looking kits but have ended up using a vape pen which costs 8 quid and you replace the coils (pack of 2 cost 2 quid) the oils in the shop are a quid a bottle as well.
When I smoked I was on about 30/40 a day so I have saved a * fortune tbh.

 

I despise smoker's..

 

When I quit I found the Smoke Free app a big help, being able to see just how much money I was saving by not smoking pushed me on at times when I was getting a craving for a smoke.
