Is that a joke?
They mentioned the other day he need surgery and could miss the start of next season. -
Jose or Moyes will get that job i am sure Sir Alex has hand picked the next man to take over at UNITED
-
The job is made for Mourinho, or Gus McPherson.

Doesn't really say at all that he's ready to step down, far from it really.
I think he really does want to win the Champion League 1 more time before he quits for good.
But of course if he has health issues at all then that might bump up the date for any retirement. -
Aint gonna happen, the Internet has gave the story arms and legs.

Do they have Gregg's down there?
Could be the deal breaker whether McCoist takes it or not.
Certainly won't be that donkey Lennon getting it anyway... -

I cant see him retiring but you forget hes almost 72, hes older than my granny :smiley-laughing002: if the surgery is failry big then you could imagine it taking a while for a 72 year old to recover. Our manager was only 2 year old when he started managing! -
Cant see him retiring for another year or two. Think mourinho would be a great replacement
