They didn't really though, otherwise they wouldn't have fielded ineligible players. Had they done this and still beat us then by all means they should keep their place.

If we cheated and our players were ineligible, you should go for it, of course. If we didn't, you shouldn't.

The thing is: If we cheated or not, it's not UEFA or FIFA who will have the final word on this, but the CAS or even Swiss courts.

i feel if we do get back in we will fare much better ,the pressure of the qualifying or being knocked out didnt help us , unfortunately this says more about our character of being bottlers when it matters .

im sure that if you look back during the caddete saga fergus mccann wanted to sue the sfa but the uefa rules stated that a football club under uefa can't use a civil court to change a fa ruling or somthing simular. i could be wrong but i think a club can't oppose uefa on a ruling they've made, because of the threat of expulsion

What the Sion fans must be raging at is their manager for insisting on playing those players. I reckon he could have picked another five players and they would still have beat us with our performance. :56:

surely we wouldnt be seeded the same as fc sion so whatever happens its all a big * up so if we got in we have got a harder group than we would have got in the first place

Don't see what your getting at other than digs at the SFA. This is entirely up to UEFA's disciplinary committee is it not? Even if the * at the SFA rant and raved would they even be heard?

But if Sion is bringing the courts into it over there then we should take this to the Scottish government.

The SFA have done all they could to push through the Goian and Bocanegra paperwork.

I can guarantee if this was Rangers at stake they would be lobbying like rabbid dugs.

What is a worry is that UEFA throw Sion out and then ASK the SFA which team they want to put forward.

We all know who it would be.

    Hint: R _N_E_S

Yes because its £4-5m that we could do with TBH.

It would be embarassing to watch right enough.

    Obviously..

I don't like the fact we haven't qualified on merit and we don't particularly deserve to go through imo.

We will get horsed in every game if we go through though.

If we were reinstated then refused to compete, would we then be punished by UEFA?

The whole co-efficient and seeding system is a farce anyway mate.

If it worked we would have gubbed Sion.

Upsets can happen but co-efficient wise its a commonality.
