Unfortunately my friend your sounding like your Mr. Constantin with your "Fifa are not above the rules" but the fact of the matter is Mr. Constantin will have it filed away in black in white that any court ruling does not affect the rules of football. If he doesn't like it he can tear up his Fifa licence and continue to massacre the Swiss game instead. You seem to think that taking this to court will be a formality, but let me tell you now sir. You won't just be fighting Fifa rules. You'll be asking the Judge to change a rule that doesn't just affect football, but every major sport in the world. Good luck next season and I hope for your sake your club comes under new ownership in the near future or you will find your club in more trouble further down the line. He has no regard for anything or anyone but himself.

With all due respect mate if they thought it was a mistake then they shouldn't have fielded the players. Better to play safe but they never done this and your team could now well pay the price for it.

    welcome Gabu1909:bbpd:

As an Irish lad im not to fond of Uefa or Fifa and certainly not that * Platini after their treatment of us after the Henry incident. So give them *:50:

Obviously as a Celtic fan I would love to see us in Europe but this way im not to sure I would.

Fc sion would certainly have something to say. For me, it depends, I donlt like justice after game, but maybe you're right.

certainly you need europe more than us, you have the stadium, the passion for this.

we don't have the stadium, have passionned public but not enough numerous. but we have the team to do the best result of our history. what we have done for this team is right for normal world, not for FIFA.

so, we'll see the end (i hope), next week. I have to go, this weekend we have a game against our arch ennemis, the * arrogant Geneva, the real swiss bankers.

thx for talking, and for fair, like the supporters who comes in Sion. Good luck.

I want Celtic to get in for the money, even though it probably won't be invested into the team...

Don't think it's bad at all mate.

I'm sure we all want us to get the place and for Sion to be eliminated but I do feel sorry for the fans because of what this Constantin guy is doing to them. From what I have read in Wonder_Bhoy's postings about him he make's Vladimir Romanov seem like a true angle of the game but ultimately it's the fans that are paying for it all.

    Nope :icon_mrgreen:

Maybe because I'm just being selfish for us to get into Europe or thinking that it's about time we had a bit of good fortune for once.

    Or both.

Isn't Sepp Blatter swiss? I can see him cheating Celtic out of it as he did Ireland for the World Cup. Mind you, Celtic do not deerve to get through.

Part of me. It's a mixture of being shocked, depressed, angry, and feeling helpless. Apathy starts taking a grip. It's all too familiar a taste these last few years, but it doesn't get easier to stomach, it gets harder!

I really want to get in because I still have faith that we could pull off some good results once we hit our form and once Lenny stops playing four CMs in midfield.

Honestly not giving a *. We'll get embarrassed by Udinese, Atletico Madrid and Rennes would be no pushovers either.

The lure of European football and the extra finances that come with it would maybe attract a better calibre of player but with this board in charge that is extremely wishful thinking so I don't really care either way.

If it was the Champions League then maybe I'd feel differently.

Yeah i would say that is probaly the case ,just really * off watching that unfold and saying they don't deserve another crack at it ,,* i even thought earlier that it would be fairer on both team's to play a one off match with Sion not fielding those players ,sounds fair but it won't happen.
