    Not much they can do now, at best they can hope for compensation from UEFA, but even that's a long shot and will require further court action.

    Part of the earlier BBC report stated;

    "The new district court ruling is unlikely to affect Uefa's decision"

    It appears that that has indeed been the case.

    After UEFA expelled Sion, there was no way they could let them back in the competition, no matter who was right or wrong!

    Take it on the chin Sion and try not to take it out on Swiss refs & linesman!
