    This is a disgrace. My flights are at 10am tomorrow morning and I'm sitting here without euros and travel insurance because I can't purchase them until I know. Anyone on here good with the law stuff and in the know ?

    I got my flight booked for tomorrow. Worst comes to the worst, if Sion are back in I'm gonna go to Madrid anyway, sit in the home end and give Constantin and Feindouno pelters for 90 minutes.

    if we do not get thru will all these huns on radio and tv and papers come out saying its a good thing for celtic because all i have herd is how bad it is to play thursday then play weekend so will these * now come out and say celtic have an advantage the whole think stinks

    NYON, Switzerland (AP) -Swiss club FC Sion claims it has been reinstated in the Europa League after winning a provisional decision from a civil court in UEFA's home canton (state).
    Sion says the judges' interim measure in Vaud means it can replace Scottish club Celtic and face Atletico Madrid on Thursday in Spain.
    The civil ruling was announced while UEFA's appeal panel was in session hearing Sion challenge its exclusion for fielding ineligible players in a playoff victory against Celtic.
    Sion lawyers went to civil courts after losing verdicts at FIFA, UEFA, the Court of Arbitration for Sport and the Swiss supreme court.
    Sion broke FIFA transfer rules in 2008 by luring goalkeeper Essam El-Hadary to walk out on Egyptian club Al-Ahly.

    A Swiss regional court has ordered UEFA to re-admit Sion to the Europa League group stages, according to the club.
    Sion were excluded from the tournament on September 2 for fielding ineligible players, with Celtic promoted to the competition in their place. UEFA are currently hearing the Swiss club's appeal against their expulsion ahead of Thursday's opening group game against Atletico Madrid.
    A statement on Sion's official website read: "The civil court has this morning ordered UEFA to admit FC Sion as a participant in the 2011-12 Europa League and to take all the measures necessary to include them in Group I of the UEFA Europa League for which FC Sion have qualified."
    The statement continued: "The Canton de Vaud Tribune also orders UEFA to consider the players Stefan Glarner, Billy Ketkeophomphone, Mario Mutsch, Pascal Feindouno, Jose Goncalves and Gabri as eligible as FC Sion players and to admit them in the 2011-12 UEFA Europa League.
    "The order has been declared immediately binding."

    they knew the rules before we even played them, before the first leg uefa warned them that players were ineligible and if the played them they would be thrown out of Europe, this should have been dealt with the day after the first leg they should have been thrown out

    This court that has ruled Sion should be reinstated this morning have heard Sions case without evidence from an opposing party (ie they have rushed it through without a proper case), it really should have little standing in UEFAs decision and i can imagine that is exactly why Celtic have tried to oppose it being included in the appeal.

    Roll on 2pm.
