Exactly, its a reality alot of our fans can't grasp. But given the quality of our league, you'd expect one or two to be given a shot and not taken to pieces and written off for making a mistake.

 

Watched the highlights this morning and he looked a brilliant wee player so if your right we could have had a cesc fabregas on our hands.

 

josh thompson, darren o'dea, been get slated for past few weeks on here m8 you need to start paying attention if your gonna say players dont get critised on the forums .

can you imagine if we had a team of 18/23 year olds playing every week they wouldnt last 5 mins ,

thats the youngsters we have at the minute at the club pushing for a breakthrough at glasgow celtic you tell me how many chances those young lads would get to progress if they had been i first team all season there futures would be well over.

 

If the young lad played in the first team this season the results might have been better.

But we will never know so to say there futures would have been over is crap just because josh thompson and darren o'dea have had stick.

The Way you were talking it sounded like they were getting special attention at matches.

People come on these forums to give there opinions wether that be on a young player or a older one.

If a young player comes through the ranks then it's upto them to prove they have what it takes, the problem with celtic is that they are not being given the chance by the coaches and managers at CP nowt to do with the fans, Fans will always be critical. if a young player is to make it in football then they have to take critisism from the fans if they can't handle that and crumble under the pressure then they won't make it at a club like celtic.

 

willie mcstay is back he quit as manager of ujpest 2 weeks ago.

 

ferry isnt that great, doesnt offer much, guarenteed if he came back and came in the team everyone would say hes * and not up to it, quite confident thatd happen as it does with every celtic player

 

And he won't want to be a bench warmer here, especially after playing first team football at a decent level.

 

What happened to Paul Lawson? Can't remember much about him anymore except i thought he was a decent player when he got on!

 

simon ferry is a great player i would take him before brown and nguemo no problem
and another 1 is charlie grant who is like a neil lennon! two quality players!!
