Very unfortunate tonight, but in the same breath if we hadn't been so pish over in Bratislava then we would have went through, but take nothing away from the bhoys tonight because they played well. I suppose if we can draw any positives from tonights game it is that we didn't concede at the back and from what I heard on the radio we seemed to play like more of a team. I still feel that Balde (and Varga's) time are up at Celtic though because whilst we did not leak any goals tonight, a couple of games down the line the old mistakes will start creeping in again with Bobo, as i've said before he is a defensive disaster. Here's hoping this will give the team a bit of pride and boost the spirit a little bit.

We gave ourselves too much work to do in Bratislava; a brave effort but all for nought. Wallace as a right winger? No starting place for Beattie or Maloney? These are still questions that haven't been sufficiently answered.

Very, very, very poor overall, and given the financial implications, things are only going to get worse as well...

Dearie me ducky, dont be a drama queen.

Im just trying to preach a bit of caution - some people need to get real.

It WAS just a step in the right direction - i already said there are some positive signs.

If you're just going to fling your hands in the air and say "yeah its all rosy" then you're a muppet.

I'll consult you in future before i post anything else - maybe that way i'll learn how to form a valid viewpoint.

Will Aladiere be re-called to Arsenal now that Wenga knows that he is not getting any CL experience, as was the whole purpose for his loan move?

The sooner he goes the better. There is no point excluding others fighting for a long term place at celtic at the expence of someone who is DEFINETLY leaving to go back to Arsenal at the end of the season.

yeah they gave us everything last night and as always the word "IF" has been branded about the place.if aiden had scored, if we had not let it last min goal etc .but If is a big word in football. we have to take positives we now have a team to build on young guns looking lively beattie maloney wallace mcmanus and nakamura sutty agathe kenndy and virgo all still to come back not to mention chinnese centre half. im proud of the bhoys performance and hopefully the huns get put out and do * in uefa cup this year.

it might sound silly, but for me winning trophies is not the most important thing.
what i want to see arent wins at all, i want to see 11 brave men, who fight with passion and heart, who never give up.

trophies are like a bonus. if you give everything all the time, you gonna win some anyway. thats why i love celtic, the way they play (used to play), its not about winning trophies for me.

We've got to take the positives out of the game. If we don't every hun we meet will have a field day taking the pish. If we fight with each other, they'll laugh their arses off, like we laughed at them when the wee dutch git got rolled over by MON. Stick together lads.[IMG]
