it would be silly for us to strike, they can strike if they want but it will change nothing. what exactly would they do if we strike? what we should do is immediatly from kick off, for the first 10 mins, every time a celtic player gets the ball we should blast it as hard as they can against the ref, that will teach them. :icon_mrgreen:

haha one thing is for sure. We are definetly aren't going to win the league title and it won't be decided by the 22 players on the pitch.

Right now, Celtic don't need to do anything. This is one of those occasions when any publicity is ggood publicity, so far as Celtic is concerned. Yes, there will be a measure of the spotlight directed at us, but Celtic as a club and being so pre-eminant is used to such attention. The SFA & the referees association are not quite so used to being in the spotlight to the same degree, and it is going to make them sweat, figuratively speaking, far more than it will Celtic. This could really be used to work in our favour.

    Let the refs strike.

Unfortunetly our games are governed by referees. If we thought we werent getting a fair deal then we definetly ain't going to get one now.

aye but you know they'll be complaining later about "fixture congestion" and asking the sfa for relief.

    No. No need to strike.

I believe Celtic have this covered and it's playing into their hands nicely.

I agree. What on Earth do they hope to achieve by striking?

In my opinion they will achieve nothing. The standard of refereeing in this country is absolutely terrible, so perhaps they should focus more on improving their standards.

Its about time all at Celtic just got on with it and act with some dignity instead of lowering ourselves to the SFA level , All comunication with the SFA should be carried in private instead of via the media , I am sick of picking up a paper and reading about our latest moan with refs , Yes the system is * but surely we can conduct ourselves in a more professional manner ?
