    No for me ,he has found his level at Hibs and at Sunderland i dont think he hit it off there at all ,sometimes i judge players that play against Celtic and if i see someone [a standout ] i wonder if he could do a job for Celtic but again a lot of players up there game against Celtic so they must be judged over a length of time ,Stokes has done well to hit 20 this season but how many have came against Celtic and rangers.

    STAY WELL AWAY!! Stokes is a loose cannon and i know him and his family fairly well from the days he was a youth player at cherry orchard in dublin, he has the footballing ability but doesnt have the mental ability to go with it, his father is a money mad lunatic who tries to act as his agent, dont know if he still is or not but still personnally i wouldnt have him near the team

    not proved it at a top level and we cant gamble on him,id take fletcher 12 goals in his 1st prem season canae * whack that i tell ye and especially from a club who we would probabrbly beat or if not him i heard messi is fed up wae barca :rolleyes::56:

    I would consider him. He can score important goals and he's a Celtic man so he'd have the hunger to be SPL top scorer and beat Boyd! :celt_2:

    Stokes would be a decent signing but i'd rather have steven fletcher after him proving himself in the prem, 12 goals is quality for a first season but i don't think burnley will sell him.

    He knows were the goals are, he gets stuck in unlike Samaras and Fortune, so my answer is yes. We slag Boyd for not hacking it at the highest level, I think this guy could potential blast Boyd's goalscoring records if he got the right service,be it in the SPL or Europe.

    Yes! 2nd top scorer in the SPL and he's only 21 and he did the biz with Falkirk too. If he was at Celtic he would out score Boyd no doubt and I reckon if he stayed long enough he would break all of Boyd's records too :celt_2: Sell Fortune and Samaras then bring in Stokes for half the money. Bargain.
