It's not just one game though. Forgot Sunday against the newly promoted team at home? First game against Sion? Last Old Firm game? Utrech? Inverness?

Our team don't show up for the big games. Who's to blame?

I would prefer a quality and experienced manager. Like Strachan was. That man was hounded and game us more success than MON. Twice to last 16 with a * team. Why? Experience. He knew who to pick, what formation to play and could get the players motivated.

Our team don't look motivated at all.

I have to say even against Dundee United I felt there was a lack of urgency. Nobody looked particularly interested in making forward runs etc and we were quite lucky to get through it with such a comfortable result in the end. I'm not sure what it is but the only person that I see busting a gut at the moment is Kayal (when he's not injured obviously) & possibly Stokes, yet he can't get a game ahead of a recovering Hooper.

You're no half a hun are you?

Find me a quote where Neil said that, he never. He phones WGS for advice yes but in Gordon Strachan's own words he went over his own plans with him and WGS agreed with Neil.

Neil's tactics, talking it over with an experienced coach. That's good management IMO.

    Exactly :50:

Top post mate. The team never really seem motivated. They show up in body, but not in mind. Nobody seems to go the extra 10% under Lennon. They did for Strachan, who also had a pretty low quality team.

Eh, just in case you didn't know, regardless of who is the manager we'll still be playing the exact same * teams in the exact same * league.

Lennon deserves to be criticised for his decisions last night and if he doesn't win the league then will deserve to go, but calling for him to go just a few games into the new season, with the transfer window about to close is an extreme over reaction in my opinion.

No-one is above criticism, but calling for him to go just now is uncalled for imo and will do no good for us, if we aren't spending just now how much less would there be if more compensation packages were to be paid out - not just to Lennon and his backroom staff but also to the club we get our new manager from (assuming we'd get one in the first place).

    Hi pal :50:

Not saying I want him to go. I want him to see out this season. But, regardless of whether he wins it or not, I would prefer an experienced management team next season. I want to see Europe all the time. We all know Strachans team was pure baws, but he picked the right players, right tactics and motivated the team at the right times. I guess that was his experience that shone through.

I did not believe Lennon was the right choice at the time and I still think that. We have done nothing except beat * SPL teams and even then, seem to bottle it when it's important.

Lenny must stay till the seasons over. Rocking the boat would destroy us, but we need to think about the future. I have no doubt the same players would be more successful under an experienced team. In Lennon's crew, there is no one of experienced behind the helm. That's a worry.

Assuimg the new manager would want those players and not a total rebuild of his own squad?

If Lenny wins the league and shows the ability to learn from his mistakes he deserves to stay on imo, if he loses the league he should go.

Lennon, your time is nearly up

IF we dont win at Ibrox, Lennon will be on a VERY SHAKY peg.

Dont get me wrong, we all got behind him last year when he was getting all sorts of * thrown at him, but as a manager, he is tactically pish.

Ross County, even though the majority was Mowbrays team, he didnt have a plan B. We did have 65k a week Robbie Keane playing, and done nothing

    Braga, pumped. Couldnt defend set-pieces

Utrecht. 2-0 up at home, Go to Holland and play 4-3-3, Excellent tactics

We beat rangers 3-0 in feb, then went to fir park and tried to play FOOTBALL, on a pitch that would have made a muddy field look pristine. We should have had somebody with presence up front, not Stokes and Hooper who are scared to header a ball.

3 draws in succession in december/january, at home, NOT GOOD ENOUGH

St. Johnstone. 4-4-1-1. We had loads of decent crosses into the box, for Stokes and maloney, who have as much chance of winning the euromillions as they did winning a header on sunday. So what does the gaffer do. Takes of Commons and Ledley, and brings on Forest and McCourt, to keep the crosses coming in.

LAST NIGHT. As soon as Majstorovic was sent off. He should have Taken Hooper off. Kept sammy upfront to do the running, Brought Mark Wilson on at left back, Mulgrew into the centre, and worked it from there.

If we can see it, why cant lennon. He needs to sort it out NOW, or it's going to be 4 in a row

I was screaming at the telly to get Samaras off and Stokes on.

Don't know why Samaras got the full 90 minutes - he's useless.
