We can't rely on youth alone because we'll still need to buy experienced players to help the youngsters mature.

 

yeah but that doesn't mean we have to buy expensive superstars. steven pressley is an experienced player, * so is wgs

its like have an entire roster of mcgeady's. guys who are going to be brought up in our youth system, and by the law of averages some even many will be great players. at least more than we have on our first team now, which we're averaging about one stand out player per game.

we have the best youth system and greatest mix of young talent in scotland. more and more of them will start getting first team experience, start hitting strides, until we have a deep and talented team that can win over even Celtic fans.

 

am not sure about more and more getting a chance thats one thing most cant argue about strachen he has his favs and like any manager the guys hes splashed the cash on get every chance even if producing poor performances before the young guys even get a sniff.
Hope am wrong though as believe some youngsters we have could be regulars now and others in the future
