I know what you mean but for a 'dead rubber' and after they've shat it from him so much just a fortnight before. I do have a feeling someone will try to do him and go out with a bang so to speak, probably some * who'll be away from them in the summer..

Thought he was playing more central alongside Rogic behind Dembele, with Forrest and Tierney taking up the wider positions? I'm not saying he didn't drift in and out, but he seemed mostly central to me.

Rogic was the central player in the 4231. That’s just how McGregor plays that role, always has.

Did anyone else get slightly annoyed that we took the foot off their throat in the second half?
Or am I just asking too much ?
I thought we were too kind in the second half.:bash:

I have a theory the police try and influence games like that call it match fixing if you like but there always seems to be a reason

Any time we beat the Huns the foot off the gas accusation is levelled at us.

Unfortunately we can’t win every game we have the upper hand in by 6 or 7, although it would be nice!

I think we followed Rodgers’ instruction, orchestrated by Broony, to the letter.

Just watched the RM highlights, I'd never seen that before. Is it just me or does their commentary team seemed slightly less biased than the Celtic TV team? It did have the expected utterly biased, totally deluded hun; but it also had one Irish guy who seemed pretty fair TBH. Celtic TV usually has both commentators with total green spectacles (unless McManus is on).

We should really sort that out TBH.

I'm just imagining McGuire * himself laughing and enjoying your comment. :giggle1:

I think it's fairly well agreed that Celtic TV commentary is too biased. A lot of people regularly say they hate listening to it for that reason. There's definitely a place for green-tinted spectacles and I love Tom Boyd as much as the next guy; but there should be at least one guy offering an unbiased opinion.

Like with the Ntcham penalty where their deluded Hun was giving it all "soft penalty" and "goes down easily" and the Irish guy just says it's a definite penalty (while as one of theirs obviously wishing it weren't).

McManus gives our commentary that when he is on; but usually we have a much less balanced situation.

I don't think he'd appreciate being called Irish. Hun * scored a few against us in his day.

Getting Mark Wilson to * is the only change needed at Celtic TV

I see your point RR. It would however be interesting to see if they were as impartial if they weren't completely *.

I'd recommend watching other versions of their commentary first mate tbh.

    You might change you opinion.

Surely you don't think I just based an entire elaborate theory about Celtic TV on one short highlights clip from RM. Only an complete idiot would do that. :fear:

Er, maybe not my finest moment on here.

Did anyone watch MUTV back in the day with Paddy Crerand? Now that was biased lol.

Anyone got the full match to watch again?
