We should really be looking to win a cup every season, and at the very least make the semi-final/final of both. 2 domestic cups in 8 attempts wouldn't be acceptable for any other Celtic manager, so why is it ok for Lennon? I like Lenny, he's a legend but this just isn't good enough anymore.

please please please stop saying we miss Ledley etc * we miss Henke also but that's besides the point. Ledley henke Lubo sutton wouldn't hav changed that game today cos tactics were all wrong that's why we got steamrollered and why so many players didn't perform. Lenny has to start playing tactics in must win games to suit the team and not himself

Unless we go unbeaten in the league, this season has been an absolute disaster. I'll be perfectly honest and say I'd be delighted if we sacked Lennon tomorrow and brought in Steve Clarke or Malky Mackay

Really poor tactics by Lenny. Starting an unfit Matthews recipe for disaster against Hayes who is quick and skillful.

Samaras, gods know why he started, got an assist with a beautiful pass but thats all he did. Gave no protection to Izzy.

We cannot play with two wingers, it gives us no protection against for our fullbacks, we need 3 central midfielders when forrest plays so that one can shift over to help with the defence.

Biton should have started for Sammy, fisher for matthews. Pretty simply tactics and i do not know for the life of me why we went with a flat 4 in midfield, we get overrun every time we try it.

I think the players have to shoulder the responsibility today. They look lackluster and complacent. Commons couldn't get into the game. Aberdeen were the better team. There are times when we will be out thought and beat you can't start greeting and calling for the managers head.

The only player that deserves a bit of Sympathy is Griffiths for being denied another shot at cup glory.

This, playing Samaras today when its clear the big * doesnt want to be here is the final straw for me, Lennon will NEVER learn from his mistakes, the league is won the season is over, just walk so we can build for next season, and where ever you end up take your pal samaras with you

That's what happens when you don't kill the game off early. I keep saying it, but Johnasen is in no way a straight replacement for Ledley. When we needed a central midfielder to come on and help Johansen and Brown out, we've only got one on the bench.

Anybody still think we've got plenty of depth in midfield, that's what happens when a team comes out and ountnumbers the midfield and 3 players are standing miles away waiting for the ball.

The midfields went from being tall, solid and patient, to being panicy and a bit lightweight.

Regardless if Commons and Samaras had better final ball, we'd have had the game wrapped up in the first 15 minutes.

Shocking...... both finals at Celtic Park and not in either.

Poor performance with no guts. Only guy that played in that last 15 was Balde yet he will get the usual 5mins next week. Stokes took his goal great but did nothing after. Commons was unusally poor. Johanssen had a poor game. Very Frustrated to see Pukki,Balde,Derk on bench every week.

This one goes down as a managerial failure for me. We all know that Sammy, Forrest and Matthews shouldn't have been on the park.

He needs to learn to stick with a winning formula and stop tinkering. It's not all about him... he doesn't need to try and be clever by mixing it up for every game. He just needs to put the winning team on the park!

course we can complain about only winning the league...We have been consistently bad in the domestic cups since lennon took over. and for it to be another year especially in such a diluted league we should be focusing more on the cups as the league was a given from the start.
people happy at being a mediocre team are a joke.

What are you on about? He got caught offside like 3 times and squandered a good opportunity. Not writing him off after one appearance, but he did * all productive.
