Scott Brown

Think he should be getting rested a lot more this season, we need him for big games no point running him into the ground and have him play every game. If he's injured don't play him I know he's the type to play through the pain but at a certain point you have to draw the line, we have far more important games ahead and no use him picking up an injury that would keep him out when we really need him.

 

Agreed. Kouassi is more than capable.

 

The issue we have with Brown is, and this has been a problem since Lennon was manager is that Celtic aren't the same side when he's not playing

SB: The lads had a good training session, watched a few clips of them so we know what we’re up against. It’s going to be a good game for us in front of a packed Celtic Park."

SB: "We want to play #UCL football. It’s a lot of money for the club and when I first signed that’s the quality I wanted to play against. The money situation is huge and it’s went up as well."

SB: "Going over there in the heat is always hard. We’ve done it before, we’ve played in 35 degrees but it’s about what we can do here first and hopefully we can get a good result at home."

SB: "We know we can score home or away. We put a lot of faith in our strikers, attacking players and our bench players

SB: "#UCL nights are special occasions. Whether it’s the qualifier or groups. We want to make it as special as possible and make Celtic Park a fortress as we have done over the last couple of years."

Brendan said he was carrying a knock a week ago. It clearly shows. Hopefully rest him on Saturday . I would start mcginn
