sammy's touch is horrible. he has a lot of heart but he seems more comfortable chasing defenders and pressuring them than running at them or attacking them with the ball

He had 2 decent ones, the rest went everywhere and anywhere. Hense Harley ended up taking them, Naylor swung in a freekick and when Naka started corssing again he kept hitting it out wode.

Samaras, I have said from day one is useless. However you can't blame him for today.

 

He's a great player he showed us at the start of the season what he can do if he stays fit , he would have ended up with 30plus in my eyes if he stayed fit ,

Skippy needs to shut his * mouth and stay on his feet and work on getting it together with Sammy , makes a mistakes skippy spits the dummy out moans , Jan does it skippy sticks his tongue up his * ,

 

Disagree completely. he is the 3rd top scorer in the league and our 2nd highest.. very good for someone injured for months and is the 3rd choice striker.When he was scoring every week and looking confident he was very good and if he gets a good wee run im sure he will do the same again..give the bhoy a chance.

Na, seriously, Samaras is average at best. I can't remember seeing him put his foot through the ball on any of his goals this season. Always wants to place his shot even when power is called for.

Still, I don't blame the guy for yesterdays result.

 

Either do i we cant just put the blame on him but i really hope some team comes in and buys him, he's a complete embaresment

actually... when he first signed I was over the moon! I thought, great a stiker with potential and ability to go past defenders with decent pace, maybe even take a few good lesson from JVOH how to fill the target-man role if and when required.

Well 1 season in and even my Gran can see he's a useless tool that has no confidence,no character to get to the next level and has less ability than Sheridan(actually half our reserve strikers).

He's a bit of an enigma if you ask me, he does show flashes of skill and composure but he just seems to lose interest in games. I argue with myself on if he could actually do a job for us. My heart says he could but my brain says he's a tool! lol

seriously when we signed him from city i could'nt believe it.
runs around aimisly pointing his finger most times.ye he's scored a couple of goals for us but be serious so would most players against some of the defences in the SPL
we're gonna be stuck with him,who else would take him of our hands?

 

For me, i like the way we don't panic in games like we used to and that is something WGS drums into them i'm sure, unfortunately Sammy takes it too far and appears like he doesn't care.

 

His first touch ranks with the worst I've ever come across.
He side foots EVERY shot, mostly right into the opposing goalkeepers arms.
Worst of all most of the time he walks around looking like he doesn't care.
