I like Sammy and I think the torrent of abuse he gets is often sickening, he's made out to be a scapegoat a lot of the time even though the players around him have been just as bad at times. I'm not saying some of his performances have been acceptable but he get's singled out far too often for my liking.

If he does leave in the summer I wish him well wherever he ends up.

He is the most frustrating player to watch. He has proved that he has ability. Some games he will blast a shot into the top corner of the net and others he will blast into the top corner of the stadium!

I honestly think if Celtic signed a forward coach then Samaras and MAF will develop hugely. They lack things that can be taught, for example when to drift wide and when to stay central. I hope he stays but I wouldnt be too upset if he left aslong as we got a bit of money for him.

 

He can be fantastic at times but that is an occasion, he really needs to be more consistent and work harder but i think the reason he gets a lot of criticism is cos Fortune goes out on the wing and so does sammy, and it's just because Fortune is better on the wing than Sammy so there is no-one in the box, well thats the reason i hear him getting criticised for

 

Please, please get Samaras to *. The ability he shows 3 games a season won't be fulfilled at Celtic Park. One of the most depressing moments of watching Celtic is when we are chasing a goal and bring this guy on to get it! It's like a snooker player trying to pot the final black ball with his nose. Lennon summed his career up after the ross county game when he apparantly claimed he couldnt even perform on a surface that suited his game and the player himself. Enough said about this guy.
