If we get decent cash to make way for a +20 goal striker ok,,but we dont get rid of sammy at the age he is for peanuts just to get onother fortune. he still is young and next season may well be the making of him,,he defo has the talent,but inconsistant...hail hail

i would defo let sammy go ,i think he can be brilliant ,but can be frustrating because other times hes rotten,if he goes hed defo be one of the former celtic players i would follow and see how he progresses,like i have done with ,jarosik,petrov,larsson,mjallby,valgaeren etc

 

Without jumping on the 'sammy go bandwagon' I think its fair to say his tenure at Celtic has been somewhat inconsistent, he's a player who shows desire and promise which is something welcomed at every club however, it may not have worked at Celtic in his latter stages. All the best big Sammy...

 

sammy is more suited to a 1 up fron formation i dont think we will ever play that here so good luck to him if he leaves

Read in the paper 2mil. Only one of 2 things happen in a world cup they have a Good one and their value increases or they have a bad one and stay the same just my opinion.

A terrible first touch??

Mate ive seen him control a kick out by boruc on his chest, also seen him control the ball brilliantly with his foot in the air, he has a great first touch, i would be sad to see him go as he defohas potential to get better.

We bought him for circa £1.5m, so when you considering the important goals he has scored and considering some of the other "quality" strikers that we have paid more for and got less from...then all in all Sammy has done OK....appreciate that we will need to sell to rebuild but unlike the majority here i would keep Sammy.....as an impact player to come off the bench then we do not have anything else on the bench that combines, pace, speed, wide or down the centre...i would keep him as my 3rd striker option
