Watched the Burton Albion v Nottingham Forest game last night, * me he is gash.

 

Another former European cup winning club added to this guy's CV, unbelievable really.

 

Word's fail me when I see guy's like this making a career..

 

I wished I was pals with his agent then maybe i wouldn't be working for * money I'd be pretending to kick a ball n making loads.

 

CELTIC flop Saidy Janko admits he can’t wait to finally play at Porto’s stadium….even though it will be for their Europa League group rivals Young Boys.

Porto and Young Boys are in Rangers‘ Europa League group and they meet in Portugal, while Steven Gerrard’s side entertain Feyenoord.

Full back Janko had an unsuccessful two year stint at Parkhead after joining from Manchester United, but he failed to hold down a starting slot and eventually left for French side St Etienne.

He then signed for Porto, but bizarrely has never kicked a ball for the club having twice been sent out on loan to Nottingham Forest and now Young Boys in his homeland.

And he’s looking forward to actually playing at Porto’s Estadio do Dragao.

Janko said: “I still don’t really know why Porto signed me. I think this was a misunderstanding between the President and the manager.

The manager didn’t like my style of playing. The first I knew I would be leaving was when I read it in the newspapers. Two days later, I was on my way.


I’ve had no opportunity to show what I can do at Porto. But that’s football for you and there’s no point getting upset about it.

Anyway, I’m delighted to be back in Switzerland. This is the first time I have returned here since I left when I was 17 to sign for Manchester United.

“It’s going to be really strange that my first game in Porto’s stadium will be for another team. If someone had told me that two years ago I would have called them crazy.

Of course they are favourites to win the group, but we don’t fear anyone. I am excied to finally get to play here, but I am only concentrating on getting a good result for Young Boys.

“Perhaps one day I will play for Porto, but that’s not my concern at the moment.”
