    FULL-BACK Saidy Janko has today left the club and completed a move to Ligue 1 side Saint-Etienne. He has signed with Les Vertes until 2021.

    The Swiss Under-21 internationalist joined the Hoops from Manchester United in July 2015 on a four-year contract.

    He went on to make 20 appearances in all competitions for Celtic, spending most of last season on loan at English Championship side Barnsley.

    Everyone at Celtic would like to thank Saidy for his contribution during his time in Paradise and wish him well in his future career.

    I would like to think we got a decent wee sum for him £500,000 plus hopefully.

    That is another wage off the wage bill that's

    Commons, Ambrose, janko, Christie, Allan, Toure, bailly, fasan And Lindsay all off the wage bill with Hayes and Kundai signed must be saving £70,000 a week in wages the now!

    I'm sure we're supposedly paying the overwhelming majority of Christie's wage, and no way Dundee will be paying even half of Allan's..

    Still good to get the wages right down and deadwood out though..

    Wasn't expecting that :56:. Always thought he had a lot of raw potential but was probably more suited to athletics than football. Was never going to get another chance here after that Ber Sheva game. All the best to him.
