Mowbray has got alot of his players in now, if TM doesn't win is the league this year - I'm willing to give him another crack. Then we can judge him fairly, with his own players in from the start.

This season will just give them time to gel in my opinion, next season is where Tony must deliver.

Don't think you understand the meaning of 'knee * reaction'

If a manager loses a few games while he's trying to change the squad, and people start blindly shouting "sack him", before actually giving that team a chance --- that's a 'knee-* reaction', not saying he needs more time.

Are you saying you wouldn't give up this season to have long term success after the team gels and Mowbray has his full squad in?.
I'd give him next season, with his own players - then we can judge him fairly and I believe he will deliver long term success.

I don't think he'll get sacked if he loses the league this year, after the board backing him to get some of his own players in so quickly.
We've been groaning for months to get rid of these players who ''aren't Celtic class" and now we have got some players in who may be - you will not allow them time gel. Madness.

What if they have been hit with six months of bad results and are watching the same rubbish everyweek and in there opinion don't think it will ever change.

I understand there are some people who are guilty of shouting for the managers head after 2-3 bad results but i'm not one of them and i'm not going to jump on the bandwagon. I have my own opinion.

Yep exited to see the new signings and if he can get them playing well as a team then he will change my opinion and let's not forget it is only loan signings

Infact our best player at the moment is only on loan so let's not get too exited.

All this movementthis January is a HUGE risk. By doing all this overhauling halfway through the season, TM is taking a big roll of the dice. January is there for little surgery here and there, not wholesale restructuring. That should be done in the summer, when there is time to bed players in and a pre-season to work with. If the roll of the dice lands right then all this short term pain will be worth it in exchange for long term gain. If on the other hand things dont improve then there will be even more pressure brought to bear by both the 'meeja' & fans.

The die is cast now. We can only see what happens next. One thing for certain, is you have got to admire the balls on Mowbray for trying to pull this off now, and for his sake I hope it works. But is a very dangerous game he has undertaken... Not only with our beloved club, but with his own career.

Fair enough but that's six months while we've had the rubbish squad that TM inherited from Gordon "i have literally no imagination when it comes to buying players" Strachan.

    Caldwell, McManus, etc. etc..

And then TM changes the whole squad, brings in a load of new players during one month.... but according to you. these people still think it "will never change".

That's their opinion, but it's a bad one (IMO), because it will obviously change as we've got a load of new players.

It might change for the worse, but at least give the guy a * chance first!

If it gets any worse than it is just now then i'd be very worried.

M8 you do understand it's not just the players that make a team they need a good manager to lead them, that goes for any team in the world
