What a horrific post towards a talented young Celtic fan with lots of potential joining the club. Wish I could say I was surprised but it's par for the course. Why our players are allowed to be absolutely denigrated on here is above me. Even the swamp over at FF stops it's members from abusing the players unnecessarily. Jesus * :38:

Was happy with us signing him but again he will be played out of position no doubt on the wing, hopefully will adapt well but his influence in no.10 role excellent, can change games. I wonder if we are signing him because Johansen might be leaving next season or even in January since we can recall Christie in January.

Johansen leaving? not likely, if anything as sad as it will be to see it is likely to be Commons being shipped of to Bolton or some nonsense like that.

Truth be told, I think we can afford to lose Johansen more the Commons and if I had a choice I would let Johansen go.

It's just a thought since we have so many players already able to play in the 3 behind the striker. Commons signed a contract last season he will be here for a while just used sparingly at times.
I don't want to see Johansen go in January but you never know by the end of the season if a EPL team comes in for him.

Or more worryingly Bitton leaves and Johansen goes into his position, which is a very frightening thought.

not a chance in * an EPL side would be interested. Biton however is the prized asset and there will be teams down there having a serious look at him .

No point in selling either of them, would cost a few quid to replace them and at this momement in time I think we would only get about 5/6 mil for Johansen and possibly 7/8 for Bitton.

Young Christie has the talent, he really has great vision and can pick a killer pass.

Perhaps he is the replacement for Commons, we have to remember nobody goes on for ever.

His form in 2nd half of last season was brilliant, that would of had a few clubs looking at him, if he finds that form again which am sure he will a few more might look at him.

Bitton we know could well be the next big sell on, but he's got no real interest to move just now, he said many times he's happy here and enjoying it so it's good sign. Just need to get a contract extension signed.

Swansea were looking at Christie, with McMaster as their scout they do sniff about Scotland a lot. I think that's why we bought in him because I'm sure we wanted to leave it until next year, the interest forced our hand, which is why he's back at ICT
