You appear to missing large parts of the accusations.

He hasn't just been accused of dating or having * with the 16 year old. He is accused of grooming and raping her. The 16 year old had to fight him off.

Controlling and coercive behaviour is also part of the accusations.

 

The investigation has been going on longer than his channel.

Someone openly predicted on the internet eight months ago what was happening and predicted Brand's defence.

It's as plausible as the defence going up. His supporters don't seem very interested. If he is convicted I'm sure that will all be part of the conspiracy too. We've already had so many posts about men falsely convicted.

 

Yeah. Reported as more than just a fondness of liking it rough.

The allegation is of a violent rape against the 16 year old.

Like the post I've quoted there are a lot of people that think it was just an age gap relationship and nothing more.

 

I see he joined in 2007.

From what I read he didn't join in with all the conspiracy stuff until after the investigation started. The subscription numbers to his channel ramped up when he did.

I have never watched his videos. I was actually completely unaware he was still active.

 

I had seen that she had to punch him.in the stomach during oral which became aggressive. So yeah. Rapey *. No means no no matter at which point of what may have started cosensual

 

I hadn't heard the full story about the 16yo situation. What I'd heard was that her mother dropped her off to see him, which would suggest to me a consensual relationship. But it could just be an awful * mother.

As for the oral stuff, to me there's still room for a grey area there. Like I haven't read the full account but I duno, there's a big difference to me between rape and 'get that finger out my *' or 'not all the way in' if you see what I mean. That sort of * happens everywhere all the time. I'm not saying it's not sleazy or immoral, but that's never making it to a criminal court.

On top of that, it's he-said, she-said, 20 years after the fact. Realistically, there'll never be a criminal case, you're probably looking at a class action suit for anything to materialise. Look at the Mendy case, 100% total slimeball but a slimeball within the law.

I think when you're offering views on this subject you need to read up on things. So many people haven't read up and are spreading false information making others believe the accusations are not as serious as they are.

He helped her craft lies to deceive her parents. He called the 16 year old "the child". She was to hide the relationship. It was a BBC car that was collecting her according to the allegations.

Grey area in the oral *? Forcibly ramming your * down the throat of someone against their will to the point they are choking and fighting you off is not a grey area.

Every sexual assault or rape is usually one person's word against another. That is why genuine offences are so difficult to get a conviction.

 

I disagree, I think that is probably a legally grey area. If you could be jailed for trying to cram an extra inch in there, there's not a man who's had a BJ that would be walking free. Maybe it's illegal technically but practically, no, that will never go to a criminal court. It's weak.

And like everything you're saying about him is true, it's totally scummy to groom a 16yo, 100%, however, it is also 100% legal. That's the issue. This is a class action civil case unless someone comes forward with sufficiently serious claims that can be substantiated. That might happen but I don't think it's happened yet.

Nobody gives a * about Russell Brand's opinion on Covid. The vast, vast majority of the UK would have absolutely no idea what Russell Brand says about Covid and lockdowns, nor do they care. His videos on conspiracies and "lies" seem to attract between 500k and 800k views usually. That's less than some film review channels.

Not everything is a * conspiracy, orchestrated by the evil "man".
