    Ireland beating Scotland was obviously a massive upset. Great scalp by Ireland beating the future World Cup winners, fair play.

    Even allowing for the change in opponent from Ireland to Samoa and Russia, the upturn in attitude and performance has been massive. Especially with the changes.

    Masterstroke from Townsend TBH. However, this is Scotland and a last minute try loss to Japan is pretty much guaranteed. :56:

    I think there is a bonus point available for the losing team if they only lose by a certain margin, so they might get an extra point in the group if we beat them by less than 8 points

    Or the other way? * knows
