This could be a turkey shoot the way it’s started.

Excellent defensively there. Doesn’t matter who you’re playing against, defending on the goal line is hard.

What is the story with the British lions ? I’m not fully clued up with the rugby but tend to watch scotland in the six nations etc. What is the format with the lions as I assume they ain’t a nation who is there opposition and what Tournaments do they compete in Folks

Lions basically tour SA, Australia and New Zealand. One country every 4 years. That’s it. Games against provincial sides and then 3 test matches against the host nation.

Players are selected from Scotland, Wales, England and Ireland.

Doesn’t sound that interesting tbh sounds like glorified exhibition matches. Think I’ll keep my rugby to the six nations & World cup as that’s decent viewing :56:.
Cheers for the low down though appreciated as it done my head in always heard them mentioned and couldn’t get my head around it.

I wonder what they will call the team after Scottish independence? The British Irish and Scottish Lions?

Not looking like that will be happening anytime soon unfortunately. More powers will be lost under this Tory govt.

Hang in there. These tories have show they are pretty * good at shooting themselves in the foot time and again and I really feel once the pandemic is over hopefully at some point in 2022 and brexit really kicks in and cannot be hidden any more that will be the point at which Scottish independence takes center stage and gets over the 60% mark in polls which I feel is the crucial mark to ensure a referendum victory.

Price dropped to the bench is very harsh and Watson dropped from the 13 is just bizarre.

Pleased to see Chris Harris at 13 though. Will be an improvement on Daly.

Wasn’t his best performance and put in a dangerous tackle, but still deserves to be in the squad. Tom Curry’s ill-discipline cost us 6 points, for example.

I mean were pretty solid in that position, but having watched every minute of the Tour, Hamish was the top performer in the warm ups.... Weird! Cant have too many Scots in the team though maybe :fear:
