Name a better Celtic player than Keane?..........Petrov? maybe, maybe not BUT you wont be able to name another. Keane would be good for Celtic. Loosing the SPL in the last 2 minutes of the League wouldn't happen with him here. If Keane wanted money/pension, he'd stay at Old Trafford. He could realistically get more.

I'm on the fence as well. I think in the end, it would be better for the club to let him pass by.

 

personally i dont but i am wary he would be the perfect cover to lenny weve no-one as cover

defo go for him - even if he has a big wage bill well probs only get a year or 2 out of him and he is still a great player

I would like to see Keano at CP but only in a pay as you play deal as at 34 time is not on his side anymore. I cant believe i am saying this but the Chick Young opinion attached to the article was spot on i hope everyone reads it.

 

Probably just be the usual paper talk and his agent talking him up. Not really sure about Keane, has the experience and quality to be a good player for us but at the same time he's quite a hot-head. Still annoyed about him always wanting to come to Celtic but when the oppurtunity arose he signed on with Man United again but now that he's out of the club he wants to come to us now.

25, 30 grand a week should be reasonable, then we can move thommo on and give stan a better wage

I think Keanes better than Lennon aswell but Lennon is out captain n hes playing great ATM so you couldn't really drop him
