As Alistair Johnston said in that interview, we have the best squad in the division, too good for the rest in the domestic scene. Once CCV is back up and running, we will be back in the groove again.
That was a very important win mentally for Brendan Rodgers and the team going into the international break.

They probably didn’t mention him because they know he looks a player. He had a tough start against Falkirk, but had no support in front of him and it was his first game.

Today was different. He put in a real shift. Did his defensive duties calm and effectively. Going forward he moved inside and overlapped. He got into some great positions and delivered a fair few balls into the box.

Im genuinely surprised the radio hardly mentioned him as he was involved in the vast majority of our play.

GIRFUY Walsh. Had that been the scum no penalty would have been given and 1min added on if the scum were winning.

Ground out a win today as we will have to at times during the season, never doubted this team. Their mentality is spot on, it's all about getting back up when the doubters put you down. Failing and losing(nearly losing) at times makes you the man/team that you are. I remember when I went into medicine and not coming from a promising background i.e council.estate and never went to the right school I was looked upon as someone who's is having a laugh. Was put down a few times but always got back up. It's make you who you are. CELTIC ARE THAT, MY TEAM GETS BACK UP. REMEMBER THAT ACROSS THE CITY.

If Celtic are ever in danger of dropping points domestically then this is exactly the type of game they will do it in. An AWAY game after a very difficult midweek AWAY game in Europe. There is no point over analysing this, we got the result, job done.

Just watched the Villa v Utd game there and it was boring as *. Both teams played in Europe this week and it's clear to see that there must be some substance to standards falling in a team's performances post European games like ours today. Still, 3pts is 3pts, so get it up ye Boyd ya fat bitter hun *

Rodgers could learn a thing or two from Ross county about how to set up defensively
