The mental gymnastics pundits are doing to say the foul on Yang was not a penalty. It’s an absolute stonewaller. All the talk of Brown trying to get across him, he tried to nick the ball as Yang is about to shoot and hits him across the hip upper thigh which stops him shooting and makes no contact on the ball. It is 100% a penalty every day of the week. The length of time they took to award it was a joke.

The only question was should we have had another for the guy grabbing Hatate’s arm. The hypocrisy when you had the hysteria around the cup final one for a shirt pull when a boys foot hit the line but grabbing a players arm stopping him getting in on goal is fine?

It was the same during the week, their goal should have been chalked off as Dundee should have had a penalty. Their defender clearly stands on Murray’s foot and bundles into the back of him stopping him getting an effort on goal. Again all this chat of was there enough in it, if a player comes from behind another stands on his feet and puts his hands on his shoulders it’s a foul, so when you do it in the box it’s a penalty. Very simple no need for not enough in it, if you make a challenge deliberately or accidentally and catch the player before getting the ball or you never touch the ball it’s a foul.

There is a clear campaign from the huns to pressure officials and present themselves as victims of some great scottish referring conspiracy. Their soon to be sacked manager mentions refs decisions after every single game, Boyd uses his media appearances to plug it non stop as well. Ironic as when VAR came in they seemed to get a penalty every other game.

Yeah I would agree here, McCann and their new pundit Brian Graham were very dismissive of it, as two forward players I don’t see how they can honestly say they don’t think the one on Yang is a penalty but a Johnston’s nudge in the back is a stonewaller and red card. They are both penalties neither are red cards. The one on Murray during the week is a penalty.

I honestly can't believe 2 "professional" pundits in Boyd and McCann were on TV today trying to say Johnston's foul was a red card. They really are desperate and scraping the bottom of the barrel. Incapable of being unbiased it's sad. The penalty on Yang was a stonewaller. Alistair Johnston's penalty he gave away was the correct decision. Hatate one was soft but I've seen them given. But you look at the BBC narrative and a spin from some of the pundits and they're trying to paint a picture that we were lucky today and should have been down to 10 men at 1-1. I hope they enjoy it when we win the league before the split.

I dont think Boyd or McCann believe thats a red card in the slightest. Its a premeditated plan to try and push a narrative that Celtic get favours from officials and to heap pressures on officials. Their whole club is at it.

Good performance and a good watch today I felt which was impressive especially given the absolute cabbage patch of a pitch we played on which cut up and just got worse as the game wore on. We got control right away and they were very lucky to get in only 1 down at half time. We left it late but the scoreline I think really reflects the game. We were good today and reality is they were all but dependent on their keeper to keep them alive in the game as long as he did.

Glad we managed to come away from that freezing cold away venue with full points. Even though the Huns took 6 off them earlier this season I think it was at Asbestox. County at home have caused the Huns problems in the past so it really was a great 3 points.
