I'd go with that, McGregor not really playing on the right, just defending there but going forward let him and Rogic both play in the middle.

I'd put McGregor on no matter what. He always comes up with a goal or a quality run.

I'm putting last weeks draw down to a one off. Rosenborg are no better than Aberdeen in my opinion. Think we will win 2-0..

Haha. What is the general feeling amongst Rosenborg fans about the game? Confident?

No, not confident. Celtic is a good team. Very difficult to find the right balance in a game where its so dangerous to concede. Not confident, more hopeful.

McGregor was outstanding in the 5-0 drubbing of Sunderland, worthy of a place IMHO

Very likely. Rosenborg has conceded against some poor teams this year. So it would be quite naive to rule out a Celtic goal in my opinion. Must focus on winning the game.

One thing for sure is we can't play as badly as we did in the first leg. If we score one we stand a chance, score two then I think we will progress

Yeah, definitely. Can not see RBK score 3 here. 2 is also a stretch. 0-0 away is surprisingly tricky psychologically.

Know what you mean, 0-0 in the first leg was equally a good and bad result for both teams

    Interesting game.

If I were Rosenborg I would try to replicate what they did at Celtic Park as we genuinely struggled and we haven't struggled that much in a while, of course, that wasn't all down to Rosenborg but they did stiffle us and think their best hope would be to not give us any space and look for opportunities on the counter. I'd be surprised if they played like that again though with them being at home.

We can be deadly on the counter attack and with the way we press and our press being quite high it can make it extremely difficult for teams, especially teams who open up and try and attack us. So, I'm kind of hoping Rosenborg have a go at us because I think we're better equipped to deal with that than if they were to do what they did at Celtic Park and parked the bus.

We were more than adept at breaking teams down last season as well though, so we always found a way to win no matter what the opposition did in terms of style of play. But we just weren't at it on Wednesday and obviously the lack of a focal point hampered our play, but I wouldn't be that worried about the lack of a striker for this game as I think that way of playing is more likely to work away from home than at home. But, I still would prefer to have a recognised striker playing.

I can't really see us going out but I can never really be too confident as we don't exactly have the greatest of records away from in Europe. Looking forward to it.

I think if they do the exact same tactics well go through them. Purely because it's a full week of analysing what they done. Our players will be told of gaps, runs and improvements that they would not have noticed. They will see weak points and change our style of attack to suit.

That being said 1-0 To us and a late equaliser just to give us the heart pains for the last minute or two. I hope I'm wrong and we do a Sunderland on them :56:
