There's two polls on this site. One in the Ronny Deila thread where 67.52% says Ronny Deila should Stay. Then there's this thread with another poll that says 68.84% want Ronny Deila Out?

What's goin on there then, does anyone know?

We dont have any big players to sell :56:We dont have a Wanyama or a Hooper or a Forster or VVD at the moment. Biton has potential but i seriously doubt anyone would pay 10 million for him.

We have too many players who simply are not good enough to play for Celtic, Johansen being one of them.

So a player that was our player of the season last year and has bossed the midfield away to Italy and won MOTM in that game is not good enough? He has been poor this season, absolutely. Thats a lack of form not a lack of quality.

Its almost embarassing that we are still discussing this. He's not going anywhere any time soon. If he were, the board would have already made sure of his exit. For now, he is still in position to win three pieces of silverware, and so the board hasn't even wagged a finger at him yet. Just get behind the man, and the team, until the time comes that its clear that his time here is up. I don't think he is the best man cut out for the job, but he is all we have now, and a bunch of moaning and griping isn't going to solve anything.

    He has had his chance

Delia is without a doubt a BS merchant. Apart from being naïve inexperienced and thinks his learned textbook coaching is revolutionary, he is also arrogant and looks to blame players supposed lack of passion!

F all to do with his lack of credibility and ability.
I'd sooner give John Barnes a second chance.

Delia has achieved something I never imagined possible, I actually hardly bother looking for results let alone eat sleep and breathe Celtic.

I'll always love the Club, but can't fake passion for the amateurs and bad jokes Delias and Collins.

How is it embarrassing that Celtic fans would discuss the manager's position after picking up zero points in two games v the mighty Molde? Celtic fans are right to question is Ronny Deila the right man to lead Celtic into another qualifier series next summer. The board aren't wagging any fingers yet but if he can't get a performance v Ajax, then they will have a serious question to ask themselves. Can Celtic afford to miss out on another CL Group Stage, another 20 odd million quid? Sacking Deila would be a gamble but is it a bigger gamble to stick with him in terms of qualifying for the CL?

I can't see Ronny Deila getting us qualified. If we go out tamely to Ajax I would gamble on sacking him and get someone in who can organise the team better, who'll get more out of the players we have and give us a better chance of qualifying.

Big club prices, small club mentality and performances.

Celtic can be seen as a religion to most, blind faith - win, lose or draw and all that.

The board will continue to squeeze every last sinew from that faith till its all but depleted.

Already were seeing hardened fans interest and financial commitment take a nose dive. That's yer faith disappearing right er.

Serious supporters that go to away games in Europe - How long will they continue spending a * load of money on flights and accommodation, given the * they've had to endure.

I'm no where near as committed to the Club as the guys that travel abroad but I feel for them most.

It's a lifelong relationship yer putting yer heart and soul intae and now ye have a board wanting as much out ye as possible, attempting to market tae everycunts heart strings whilst they make big decisions, poor decisions, that cost us progression.

    * boo tae the board. Canny blame Deila for being here, course he would jump at the job. Up top is the problem.

Balance books are great so the fans should be * purring and champing at the bit to keep piling their money in.

    * off :icon_mrgreen:

The odd * result? It seems to be the case more often than not that when Celtic are asked for a big performance in Europe under Ronny Deila they fail to perform. We are not even punching our own weight in Europe, he is not getting the best out of the players he has. When the pressure is on - in Europe the only place Celtic are under pressure these days - his team fails.

He has another test at home v Ajax, by a quirk of other results Celtic can still qualify with two wins. If he fails the next test v Ajax at home are you still going to back him just 'cos of your avatar? Last chance for Ronny Deila v Ajax and he's blessed to get another chance.

I would've sacked him already, we're missing out on Paul Lambert who might be going to Blackburn or QPR.

I would rather we stuck by Deila than bring in Lambert to be honest.
