Please not Collins- I have said it before but his influence is somewhere in amidst what is going wrong in our team tactics /performances-me I would have Lennon back. In fact I would go up to Byres Rd with the taxi that dropped Delia off at the ferry terminal (airport is too good for him:56:) and get him staright back into Parkhead!

    Are you a dairy farmer?

Probably best not to get too aroused milking a cow.

This thread is beyond a joke, Ronny needs time to implement the changes he wants, yes he has probably tried to do too much so quickly and upset a few players but these are proffesional athletes that shouldn't need to be told to stick to a diet that will benifit them. Secondly this is only his 2nd managerial job and still learning himself, calling for his head after a few months is criminal, he needs a full season to get everyone fully onboard and gel together to play the style of football he wants. He's asking the players to do a lot more than Lennon did and he's not afraid to show the door to players that won't give 100% all the time. Sacking him would cause more problems than we have just now, so no need for the knee * reactions and realise the players are just as much to blame bar Gordon and Broony.

He wont get a full season if things don't improve though, he'll be gone by Christmas if he loses a few more games and rightly so. It will be even sooner if he was to continue dropping points or go out of a cup in the short term.

He needs things to change quickly, starting with a convincing win tomorrow night.

He simply needs to swallow his pride and bin his 'system' (for now) and focus on putting a run together to raise morale. Players will be more susceptible to his methods if he can instill a winning mentality.

Can't just say give him to March and that's it.

If we were still 5 points behind in the league, out of a cup and out of Europe then he will be gone long before March.

I hope and I do think he can turn it around.

Baffles me that people would rather go with Mick McCarthy in charge just cause he's an 'experienced' manager and a recognised name, than stick behind the guy OUR club chose was best for us to take charge. A young manager who's won a title in a small league with little budget. Yeah sure Mick McCarthy and Steve Clarke would be top of the league and got us qualified to the CL by now:56:

I'm not saying Ronnie hasn't made mistakes, he has. But as a supporter I want him to be given a chance to make them right, learn on the job (as Lenny did) and hopefully turn it around. If the tribute Huns come back up, would you rather have Deila who has a year of experience and a team of his own, or malky mackay, or mick McCarthy with a load of premiership/championship rejects coming in with no appearances?

The only person I would of been happier seeing get the job when Lenny left was Jackie, and as said already Ronnie has more credentials than Jackie anyway.
