    Guy in the car is a *, but the bike/scooter * was causing the issues and provoking him.

    Taking that * long to make a turn, purposefully looking around, and conviently videoing it all (I know you get the weirdos who do that for some righteous * reason).

    That said, someone mentioned it is likely set up to impress the stiff. no doubt it was, or even just for the internet attention.
