Looks the part, but he musn't pushed too much at 19. Ease him in and we'll have some player in a few years time

He is only 19 ,i thought he was older ,so the 2 centre backs are 37 between them :icon_mrgreen:

the scouting system/ tony mowbray have seem to have gotten it right with many of these youngsters thy've brought in. Just maybe they'll grow into a great Celtic side one day or at least make the club some $$

they are both good raw players. On the one hand they will only develop if they play regularly. On the other hand there is a price to pay for letting people learn on 1st team time. Personally I think the league is well lost and the one good thing we can do is give the young players as many games as possible this season. No point whatsoever in wasting time playing any loan players who are unlikely to be here next season. Certainly if we do not win the OF game then they should be benched. I would take no joy from watching us giving practice to loan players who will be gone in the summer in meaningless games. I want to see out perma players blended together.

I prefer rogne than thompson, rogne had a gd game today and played it simple but also looked much quicker than thompson and showed he could read the game well..I think both these defenders are brilliant finds

honestly, i still odea > thompson, odea takes silly fouls, but is a good presence to have against the huns, thompson is way too shy and will be bullied into submission where they can get an easy goal, although, id rather hooiveld on for the gers game,

rogne seems * sure hes up to the challenge

the one thing i liked was he looked a danger in the opposition box and he was a match for daly in the air and thats dalys strenghth.i dont know if playing him against rangers is a good thing but is playing any of the rest.hes defo the strongest in the air of the centrebacks ive seen.next weeks game is gony be a physical battle and if we can compete in that side of the game i think our ability will see us through.

We played better as a team, and didn't leave the CB-s stranded like before. Still, grand defensive performance by Rogne and Thompson, and that's what matters for a CB. I'd like to see Rasmussen in the team, to have a chance at scoring headers from set pieces. Rogne hasn't got a good aim, but that can be worked on.

The problem with benching loan players is half the team would be out, some of these players might make the move in the summer if they are good enough and get game time.
Kean on the other hand wont be here next year, but can we reall have a guy costing 60,000 a week and scoring goals on the bench....???
The team and the club and the fans need to see us winning games again and picking our heads up a little...that means playing the best players even if some aint here next year.

I'd prefer Rogne at the shitebox tbh. At least we don't know if he's * or not, unlike Loovens

Was impressed with him yesterday, the defence wasn't put under a lot of pressure but he dealt comfortably with everything he had to, liked the look of him but as with all new players need to see them in a run of games before we can really pass comment, so far so good though.

Both the young CBs look fine but the team (for once for Mogga) was set up with a lot of protection for the defence and Dundee United I think made it easy for them by playing a containing game. I think you saw vs Aberdeen what happens to young CBs if they come under major pressure and they crumbled. As our last spin of the dice I would rather have Loovens and Jos in if possible. If we dont win then the league is lost and by all means keep blooding the young CBs.
