    Yeah I have thought about that.

    However I wouldn't know as he wasn't given a chance. Sure he scored on one of his few appearances.

    He's clearly got something about him and we'd offered him a new deal as well.

    The point is we are wasting millions on guff like Yang and Tilio and potentially even someone like Kuhn who the jury is still out on, yet we could have given this guy a chance.

    We will see if Daniel Kelly gets the go ahead as well. I doubt it. Our academy just isn't doing enough. Whether it's the case thay the players we are producing aren't of the level required...well that needs looked at.

    Utterly baffles me that Rocco sits on the sidelines while we throw millions of pounds, that should be going toward ACTUAL improvements, at players we obviously know nothing about.

    Sometimes a player is promising, but can't make the step up, or can't settle etc. But in our case, it looks like we're taking the word of single scout as gospel, without doing any actual scouting.

    Something the club needs to address, badly.

    As many have pointed out before, taking risks on * like Yang and Tilio, while our younger, talented players seem to be moving away from us every * season.

    Don't get me wrong, I'm not entirely convinced he would have been good enough, but neither are Yang and Tilio and they have far more minutes and far more games under their belts.

    that’s just pish he had much more chances than tilio in the team. Just think people are over reacting if he was good enough he’d be playing simple

    Whilst we have been guilty at underutilising youth players and letting quality players go for nothing, I'm not certain that's the case with Vata. Others that follow the youth team more may disagree, I duno, I just didn't see it in the games he played for us.

    Whenever he was on, he played well imo.

    We need more youngsters given a real chance to develop.

    We have talent here but we don't get them on the field.

    Was a few gnashing their teeth when Karamoko Dembele walked away. He’s done well hasn’t he? :fear: Think the bigger problem is we don’t produce players who cannot be overlooked for the first team.
