    Dunne's performance in Moscow was on a par with McGrath's in New York. Do you agree that we should sign Dunne if it's feasible and possible?

    If he wasn't demanding too much of a wage then I would take him. Has experience which I feel we need at the back. This Boly boy sounds good but still very young, going into the champions league(possibly, probably, maybe?:87:) I dunno if thats what we need at the back alongside a still young and learning Rogne and an ever improving Mulgrew.

    Celtic are always interested in lots of players but it doesnt mean anything is going to happen. Unless he's fallen out of favour with Lambert, there is no chance of getting him and its not like Villa have many good options to replace him. Also Dunne is out injured until October, not much use to us in the short term. Then there is the issue with his age and wage demands which make it a bad deal for Celtic to do.

    Dunne/Moscow > McGrath/Italy 94WC, even McGrath will tell you that but one performance shouldnt be a reason to sign him

    Dunne, is scary these days- wee guys like Johnny Russell would turn him inside out. Plus he will be too pampered for our rough and tumble league in winter-I could see him getting sent off for mis timed challenges.
