Your past behaviour can not be look at in court and is only looked at if found guilty and the judge is thinking about sentence.
So even if the police are always doing this it cant be used during trial.

    your wrong

the defence would need to subpoena his disciplinary record and any public complaints made about him. This is his service record and not court records

i understand that but im looking at the appeal and as i said a civil action against
the officer,s and the more ammo the better,i know police everywhere have these same types,,about 4 years ago police in dublin baton charged a peaceful civil rightsl demonstration the main officer who can be seen wading in is now seen a some sort of super cop,
and i cant remember a time not being baton charged coming out of ibrox thought it was part of the admission
so it not just a dutch thing
but do we let it go? that could have been anyone of us.

my only problem is with the police, yes some ajax fans were scum but the police took it to another level, these lads have convictions.

just got to say i was there 3 days and had a ball drank with lots of ajax supporter and they were all joining in with the singing and asking about celtic and in the stadium most fans i saw were wearing celtic scarf,s with there ajax scarf and this was after they had seen news of trouble so i thinks that says a lot about the majority of there fans

Did a quick very loose translation with some own interpretation. Don't use spellcheck on this, I had to do this one quick. :smiley-laughing002:

    ULTRAS VAK410..

very good gesture by them, perhaps they realize that most fans who were arrested were just that, FANS. Not ultras, not hooligans or casuals, just lads supporting their team and hoping for a good time in a great city.

The * * banner was a bit off but was obviously just a few lads not a stadium display. Any friendship between their fans and ours should be encouraged.. i think most of us are directing our bad feeling toward the police and courts.

    Undercover * Lampost

good gesture my *, this from a bunch of *, whom 100 strong attack a pub full of the celtic support, run in, through a few punches then run like * away. this is the same * who at the battle of the dam square stand behind the police lines and lob bottles over the heads of the police into the celtic support, using the police lines as a buffer, then seem to melt away into there holes as the situation gets a wee bit hot for them.
this is the same * who while in Glasgow seem to think there gemme as * for ripping up some plastic seats and lobbing them into people just sitting watching a game, this is the same gemme * who think there tough hitting a few weans....

theres only one word that can be used to sum these arseholes up, and that word is, fannies !
    ''fannies''--- from the old Glasgow...
''the * that starts the fight then runs away''

I think celtic should go out and buy the pole and bring it to celtic park and have it outside.
