Grand old team to play for
I thought he had a poor game aside from the goal. Far too many misplaced passes.

Thought he was good in the second half tbh, goal aside. Mainly due to the conditions it would be hard to have too much of a go at anyone yesterday. Was a battle even passing it on the deck without the wind having an impact on the ball.

Celtic picked up another three points on the road last night (Wednesday) with a brilliant win away at Pittodrie against an Aberdeen side who have been in flawless form at home all season.

The weather conditions in the north-east were horrendous, with gale-force winds and driving rain making a difficult match even more challenging.

However, an excellent goal from Reo Hatate after a perfectly-weighted ball from Greg Taylor settled the match in Celtic’s favour.

The champions now have a seven-point lead at the top of the Premiership table, and with a game in hand, and speaking after the game, Reo Hatate expressed his joy at being the difference-maker on the night.

He also gave a nod to the Celtic faithful who braved the conditions to spur the team on to victory at Pittodrie.

“I’m happy to score the goal,” he said. “It was a difficult game because of the bad weather, and it was an away game, so it was an important win for us.

“I score goals for the team, but the important thing is to win the game.

“The supporters always sing my song, whether I score or I don’t score. So I’m happy to play here for them.”

He also put that great little ball in for Trusty who just misjudged it or it would have been a certain goal. He looked to make things happen Hatate, he also pulled a good save out of Doohan when the ball broke to him in the box.

Conditions weren’t easy and he kept his cool when his big moment came and slotted it away.

He also took the ball and got his foot on it with a lot of Aberdeen players kicking and pulling at him in the second half but kept it found a team mate. Given the conditions I thought he done well second half.

An absolutely abysmal half of football from him, if he made a successful pass I must have been putting the kettle on.

Hatate absolutely garbage again. Never found a Celtic player with a pass and the one at the end when he plays it out the park!!! Pathetic.

If he comes out in the 2nd half Rodgers should be sacked

Your definition of a couple is slightly incorrect, he gave the ball away a couple of times within the first 2 minutes.

Well that could be the worst performance i've ever seen from any player. Since his last performance anyway

Looks done in. Completely incapable of making a simple pass.

Needs kept out of the team for a while

If I was in that dressing room I'd be punching * out of him..

Some of the times he casually lost the ball and made no attempt to get back or barely jogged..

I'm a massive fan of his but he can * off in January..

Was so slow and lacked any sort of sharpness tonight. Can’t have him starting for next couple of games. Mccowan and bernardo should be ahead of him
