Reo Hatate

Just haven't got back to his top form, that drop of the shoulder and skips by his marker is gone. He looks as if he needs too much time on the ball now. And also, too many stray passes. Initially thought he was just rusty, maybe not match sharp but he has had plenty game time recently. Maybe needs dropping from starting 11, give the like of Holm or Paulo a start-not Turnbull.

 

He needs to make sure the decision to play him today is a good one, because for me, I’d have Bernardo in instead after his wee cameo midweek.

He looked good, and Reo’s no passed to one of our players in weeks now.

was expecting a major kick on from him after the new contract. Thought he was playing distracted. Not made the slightest difference so far. * in gear Reo.

Nah. Never forgot how good he is. Just that a run of games not playing well can obscure perception of players. He was a POTY candidate last season for a reason.
