Our lowest ever points tally in the CL but 2 points more than the worst team ever in the CL

It was a joke mate. We looked like we were on for an absolute hammering at the time and I thought your post was overly positive.
If you want specifics you said we were troubling them. I’m really not sure we did.

Why is it Armstrong that's in the studio? Get MCmannaman to * as well.

Have no doubt Ange is ready to shift some players out and improve the squad again. Take CCV and McGregor out we don’t have a spine of a team to build from.

Hart and Mooy not good enough for this level.

Hatate, O’Reilly and Abada all have the potential but really need to improve for next season at this level.

Kyogo shouldn’t be starting ahead of GG and we need to get Abildgaard game time otherwise we’re just playing O’Reilly out of position and hindering him.

Anyway there’s plenty positives to take but I hope these games really stick the heads of the players and use that as their motivation for next year.

If CCV played, we would have won 1-0. That's a positive.

A lot of positives to take from our Champions League campaign.
We know exactly what we have to do to be able to compete at this level, and what areas of the team need reinvested in.

Jota and Starfelt back are big plus factors.

    Unlucky lads.

They are an absolutely amazing team. I’d be surprised if they didn’t win it again this year.

Missing McGregor, Jota and CCV at differing points in the group is impossible to overlook too.

That being said, our finishing across all 6 games was * horrendous, that’s where the real issues lied.

Again the difference was the finishing. None of their goals were tap-ins but for every one Hart had no chance. We had similar or even a couple of better chances from the ones they scored from but we miss the target or hit it straight at the keeper. I suppose that's what money buys you.

Derek Johnstone's * dump is desperate to try and deflect her beloved teams failings onto us here haha.

Yes we've been beaten 5-1, but we've had a go and been competitive. Huns have just been absolutely embarrassed haha

Delighted for young Jota, he's the only player we have that can make things happen at this level and that goal will rightly be remembered for the rest of his life.

Overall though, absolutely gutted. Our defending at times was pathetic but a team like that will always make it difficult. I reluctantly give them a bye.

But being so cowardly in the final third I can't excuse. * * bags, just hitting the ball towards goal with zero composure instead of picking a spot. * criminal.

Another couple of massive transfer windows before we hopefully get another crack next season, and honestly we're gonna need to find a lot better than what we have if we want to play this style of football at this level.

They are (an amazing team). So much experience and composure in that team that you'd always back them to win the matches that matter.

The thing that annoys me is we are creating chances, don’t get me wrong keeper obviously a higher standard , but shots on target we’ve had whether it’s Real Madrid or * Livingston, a decent striker should be converting at least half those shots
