When we lose the ball we look * as we are playing so high up the park. Need to stop being so wasteful infront of goal. Could've easily been a goal up before McGregors * up.

Jota and Maeda invisible and tame. O'Riley, Hatate the same. Juranovic and Taylor are playing so narrow giving their wingers so much space and Maeda with Maeda and Jota not tracking back, just sauntering in the middle in no man's land.

This could get real messy unless we step it up about 10 gears in the second half. Utter *

 

He's done absolutely nothing against Madrid, shaktar and now Leipzig.

Badly missing CCV for this game. Could easily be 3-0 Leipzig, but we've missed some guilt edge chances too.

I wish we would change it up more in Europe. We're giving them far too much space.

 

We have had our chances... at least 4 or 5 really good ones that have been wasteful. They've had their chances, and taken one, lucky to only be one down at the break. Both defences are there to be got at, so there is hope in the second half.

 

Without CCV and Starfelt our defence is pretty bad, need a few changes like Haksabanovic on at half time for Maeda

They look a far better team than us but we look completely disjointed. Carrying on our form from the St Mirren and Motherwell games. Just don't look ourselves lately.

So passive in the midfield at times, defence cut open far to easily also. Wide men doing little and we should have scored 2 at least.

I’ve never believed in it, and I know a lot of others think the same.

I know the benefits it can bring, but they’re far outweighed by sacrificing the vast majority of our width, and leaving us with two defenders.

 

Theyve clearly got the better individual players but we’ve held our own. You combine missing chances along with gifting goals at this level and you’ll lose ten times out of 10. Not just tonight, but across the 3 games our finishing has been a disgrace.

Also McGregor not hauling their player down when he had the chance (after losing it) was completely unforgivable, not sure what the * he was thinking.
